After overcoming many obstacles, we can advise that the desalination plants you kindly contributed towards are being installed, we have been able to cover the cost of 2 systems. Together, these units will produce 40,000 litres of clean, potable water every single day, reaching approximately 10,000 beneficiaries daily. Each unit will be equipped with its own solar power system, ensuring continuous and sustainable operation.

The desalination plants replaced the water truck concept due to the severe restrictions imposed, Alhamdulillah the desalination will serve more people and will have limited ongoing costs. We would like to thank ANERA and WF-AID in managing delivering the project.
